Laurine Chiarini

Laurine Chiarini holds a Master’s degree in English, Russian, and film theory. During her studies in Russia, Scotland, and Switzerland, she managed the film programming for the Russian Speaking Society at the University of Aberdeen and later served as a committee member for the University of Lausanne’s ciné-club. Alongside her professional role in a Swiss economic association, she is also an enthusiastic film critic and participated in the Locarno Critics Academy in 2019. Her texts have been published on platforms such as IndieWire, Swissinfo, and Filmexplorer. Additionally, she regularly contributes to Cineman and Cinébulletin, the Swiss review for film professionals.
