Now in its ninth year, StepIn is an interdisciplinary and international think tank, by invitation only, where distributors, exhibitors, producers, sales agents, film institutions, streaming platforms, talent agents, and film festivals and markets representatives take part in closed working sessions to discuss the state of the film industry. Is our working environment a healthy place? Topics of discussions: Mental Fitness, Economic Stability, Diversity, Inclusion and Gender Equality.
