Recipient of 2 Golden Bears in Berlinale - for Radu Jude’s “Bad Luck Banging” and for Calin Netzer’s “Child’s Pose”, 2 Silver Leopard -Special Jury Prize in Locarno for Ivana Mladenovic’s “Ivana the Terrible” & “Do Not Expect Too Much From the End of the World” & executive producer of Maren Ade’s “Toni Erdmann”.
Deputy Chairwoman of the Board of the European Film Academy, Vice-President EWA Network, EAVE National Coordinator, member of the board of European Producer’s Club and of Romanian Alliance of Producers.
She received the Eurimages Award in European Film Awards, Central European Initiative Award 2018 in Alpe Adria Trieste, Underground Spirit of Europe Award in Palic IFF 2021, APA Excellence Award in Jihlava IFF in 2022.

Helmed by a collective of producers (Ada Solomon, Carla Fotea, Diana Caravia and Alexandru Solomon), microFILM is a Romanian production company created to develop and produce socially relevant films which constantly challenge the cinematic language. Our aim is to nurture fresh talents and help acclaimed directors break new boundaries. We are united by the belief that films should ask questions which are not always comfortable and show perspectives which are not always visible.
Recent titles include Bad Luck Banging or Loony Porn by Radu Jude, winner of the 2021 Berlinale Golden Bear; Ivana the Terrible by Ivana Mladenovic, Special Jury Prize in Locarno 2019; the feature documentary House of Dolls by Tudor Platon, Sarajevo IFF 2020; the minority co-productions: Fools by Polish director Tomasz Wasilewski, Karlovy Vary 2022, and Simple Women by Italian director Chiara Malta, Toronto IFF 2019. In 2022, microFILM was named among the 75 best European independent production companies by Screen Daily.
