Stefano Lappe

Stefano Lappe is a lawyer and co-founding partner of the Ticino-based law firm ad metam SA.

After graduating from the University of Zurich and obtaining an LL.M. from Georgetown University, he worked for an international law firm and for the Zurich District Court until 2017. He currently advises and represents private individuals, companies and public institutions in litigation, with a particular focus on commercial law, administrative law and real estate law. He lectures in two continuing education courses at the University of Applied Sciences of Southern Switzerland (SUPSI) and serves on the City Council of Locarno and on the Board of Directors of a real estate company, as well as in various institutional functions.

Stefano Lappe has extensive knowledge of the Locarno Film Festival, for which he has held the position of Head of Institutional Affairs and currently acts as Public Affairs Advisor, in addition to serving on the Board of the Leopard Club, the Festival's official supporting organization.

In 2024, he was appointed Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Locarno Film Festival.
