*1983, studied film at the Zhongxi Academy in Beijing and at the German Film and Television Academy Berlin (dffb). His films screened at the Berlinale, Locarno, Toronto, Rotterdam, San Sebastián and the New York Film Festival and won several awards, including the prize for best director at the Berlinale Encounters Competition 2022.
Cyril Schäublin, nato a Zurigo nel 1984, ha studiato cinema a Pechino e Berlino. Il suo primo lungometraggio, Dene wos guet geit (Those Who are Fine, 2017) è stato presentato a Locarno e a Rotterdam e ha ricevuto vari premi internazionali. Al momento sta lavorando al suo secondo lungometraggio, Unrueh, che uscirà nel 2022.
