David Findlay

Born in Quebec City, Canada in 1991, David Findlay is a writer-director and Arts graduate of the University of British Columbia. His work focuses on the earnest examination of human behavior and is known for seamlessly straddling the line between fiction and documentary through a highly cinematic and empathetic lens. Named Vimeo Breakout Creator of 2022, David has premiered his films at festivals such as the Berlinale, TIFF, TIFF Canada's Top Ten, Tribeca, IDFA, Sitges, Palm Springs and Reykjavík.
