Founded in 2008, the Leopard Club offers an exclusive VIP experience for its members, giving donors access to a unique insider view during the Locarno Film Festival. Tax-deductible donations to the Leopard Club help support the Festival as it continues to grow and secure its position on the world stage.
Through their contribution, Donors become an integral part of the life of the Festival, gaining exclusive access to key guests and networking events. The Festival is a site of exchange between artists and business professionals, between the public and private sectors, between academia and the film industry.
As part of their patronage, Donors enjoy a range of exclusive privileges in the context of the 78th edition of the Locarno Film Festival, which will take place from 6 to 16 August 2025.
Any donation to the Leopard Club exceeding CHF 100.00 can be deducted from the taxable income according
to Swiss tax legislation because of the charitable goal of the Association.

Every year the exclusive Leopard Club Gala reception takes place on the first Friday of the Festival. The attendees at what has become a time-honored tradition include Federal and State Councilors, representatives from major national and international institutions, leading financial and cultural players, and celebrities from the world of film.
