Regista trans di base a Tiohtià:ke/Montreal, Mo Matton ha co-diretto Swarm of Selenium (2017) e Fly Away with Me (2021), due cortometraggi realizzati in collaborazione con collettivi artistici. Gender Reveal è il suo primo film da regista solista. Già partecipante alle IFF Rotterdam Sessions e ospite della residenza artistica District* (Berlino).
Mo Matton is a trans filmmaker based in Tiohtià:ke/Montreal. They previously co-directed Swarm of Selenium (2017) and Fly Away with Me (2021), two short films created with collectives.
