Rob Mendoza

Rob Mendoza (born 1989) is an Ecuadorian screenwriter and director. His short film Las Maravillas (2024) has its world premiere at the Locarno Film Festival's Open Doors Screenings. His queer science-fiction debut Ovnis en el trópico is part of the Locarno Open Doors Projects Hub 2024. He is also currently shooting the hybrid documentary Roy, Pirate and Poet and editing his new short film Infinity.

Rob Mendoza, nato nel 1989, è uno sceneggiatore e regista ecuadoriano. Il suo cortometraggio Las Maravillas (2024) verrà presentato in anteprima mondiale agli Open Doors Screenings del Locarno Film Festival.
