Radu Jude (born 1977) is a Romanian director and screenwriter. His feature debut The Happiest Girl in the World (2009) was selected for more than 50 international film festivals. Several of his films, including Aferim! (2015), I Do Not Care If We Go Down in History as Barbarians (2018), and Uppercase Print (2020), won multiple awards worldwide. In 2021, Bad Luck Banging or Loony Porn won the top prize at the Berlinale. His latest feature, Do Not Expect Too Much from the End of the World (2023), won the Special Jury Prize at the Locarno Film Festival.

La sua opera prima, Cea mai fericita fata din lume (The Happiest Girl in The World, 2009), è stata selezionata in oltre 50 festival internazionali e numerosi altri suoi film, fra cui Aferim!
