Alessandro Garbuio

Born in Ivrea and raised in Rome, Alessandro Garbuio attended the International Conservatory of Audiovisual Sciences (2019-22) in Locarno, specializing in Directing. In ADRIA, a medium-length documentary and diploma work, he investigates his hometown, Ivrea, wondering what is left after Olivetti's utopian dream. The film was selected for the international competition of the 63rd Festival dei Popoli in Florence, winning the Mymovies Audience Award.
